In the unique setting of the Cantina Vintage room at the Hotel Caesius Thermae & SPA Resort in Bardolino on Lake Garda, you can get involved in an amazing journey through the tasting of four awesome wines that will be explained to you according to their qualities, characteristics and peculiarities. A selection of multi-award winning and internationally appreciated red and white wines that can amaze all the wine lovers and experts.
After the first taste, the participants will attempt a blind taste divided in team or individually and will be asked to recognise the four wines.
An elegant white wine, with unexpected but interesting sensations that come from the meeting of the versatile French vine and the volcanic terrain that is typical of the Soave area, rich in basalt and tuff. Sauvignon Vulcaia is a clear and not complex wine to enjoy.
A powerful and intense white wine with rich and complex fragrances and an aromatic and mineral taste. It is fermeted in heavy toasted barriques. The wine reveals the volcanic nature of its territory. Its taste is a mixture of marvellous sensations.
Secco Bertani wine created the wine style of the entire Verona territory, by using the best techniques of its time and the best grapes at its disposal. It was the first wine by the company Bertani, produced around 1870. A timeless classic and a milestone in oenology that still represents a true role model. Its unicity and prestige were awarded by the eminent Casa Reale di Savoia patent, a symbol of excellence, at the beginning of the 20th century.
